Privacy and cookie notice
This page explains what data we collect on almanext.mc, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what you can do about it. It is written to be read.

Who handles your data
The data controller is Alma Next Consulting, the sole proprietorship of Alessandro Pedano, registered with the Monaco Trade and Industry Register under number 25P10700, at 17, Avenue Albert II, 98000 Monaco.
For anything concerning your data, write to contact@alma-next.com. We answer personally.
Which rules apply
As we are established in the Principality, we apply Monaco law no. 1.165 on the protection of personal information, supervised by the CCIN (Commission de Contrôle des Informations Nominatives). For visitors resident in the European Union we also apply Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the GDPR.
What we collect
If you write to us through the form
We collect your first and last name, e-mail address, phone number if you give one, the message you leave, the site language and the page you wrote from. We use it for one purpose: to answer you and, if it makes sense, to arrange a first meeting. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box before sending, together with our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry.
We do not add you to any newsletter, we do not profile you, we make no automated decisions, and we never pass your data to third parties for marketing.
If you write to us on WhatsApp
The WhatsApp buttons on this site open the WhatsApp app or website: from that point the conversation happens on their infrastructure and WhatsApp Ireland Ltd’s own policy applies. We keep only the content of the exchange, as we would with an e-mail. The button sets no cookie and sends nothing before you click it.
Server technical data
Like any website, the server logs IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system. This serves security and technical diagnostics, not identification.
How long we keep it
- Messages received through the form or by e-mail: as long as needed to deal with the enquiry, and in any case no longer than twenty-four months after the last contact. If you become a client, accounting records follow statutory periods.
- Server logs: twelve months at most.
- Cookies: the duration shown in the table below.
Who else sees your data
Internally, only Alessandro and Marina Pedano. Externally, the technical providers acting as processors on our behalf:
- Prismaze, Monaco, which built the site and maintains it: Prismaze has access to the administration and therefore to the messages you send us.
- Hostinger International Ltd, which hosts the site and its backups.
- Aruba S.p.A., which runs our mailboxes, through which form messages travel.
- Google Ireland Ltd, for visit statistics, but only if you accept statistics cookies.
Where a transaction requires it, we may share information with the professionals working on your file, but only with your agreement and only as far as necessary.
Transfers outside the European Union
Google may process data in the United States. The transfer relies on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and on Google’s certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. If you refuse statistics cookies, no data goes to Google.
The cookies this site uses
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. Functional cookies are necessary and need no consent: without them the site cannot even remember your answer to the banner. Statistics cookies are switched on only if you say yes.

The site uses no advertising cookies, embeds no video, map or social network pixel, and loads its typefaces from our own server rather than an external service.
How to change your choice
You can review or withdraw your consent at any time, with no effect on reading the site:

Your rights
You can ask us to give you access to your data, correct it, erase it, restrict its use, object to the processing, receive it in a readable format, and withdraw the consent you gave. Write to contact@alma-next.com: we answer within one month.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may contact the CCIN in Monaco or the supervisory authority of your country of residence, for example the Garante in Italy or the CNIL in France.
Security and confidentiality
The site is served over HTTPS, administrative access is restricted and protected, and backups are encrypted at our provider. No transmission over the internet is one hundred per cent secure, but we treat what you write to us with the same discretion as the transactions we run: that is our trade.
Changes to this notice
If we change anything, we update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we flag it through the banner.
