A personal reply
We read your message and reply ourselves, not an automated form. If the situation falls outside what we do, we tell you straight away and, where we can, point you to someone who can help.

A confidential meeting
A conversation about the situation and your objectives, in the Principality, at your company or remotely. No figures are needed: the aim is to understand whether, when and on what terms it makes sense to act.

A written proposal
If you decide to go ahead, you receive a mandate proposal setting out scope, phases, timing and fees. We only start work once it is signed, and you have a single point of contact for the whole transaction.
Before you write
Do I need to prepare documents before contacting you?
No. For a first contact a few lines on the situation and what you would like to achieve are enough. Accounts, contracts and figures come later, only if you decide to go ahead and always after a confidentiality agreement.
Can I write without naming my company?
Yes. Many business owners describe only the sector, the size and the question on their mind in their first message. The company’s name is shared when you feel ready to do so.
Who reads my message?
The form goes directly to Alessandro and Marina Pedano. The information you send us is used only to reply to you and is handled as described in our privacy notice.
Does the first meeting commit me to anything?
No. The first meeting is there to understand whether and how we can be of use. The financial terms come afterwards, in writing, with the mandate proposal: until that is signed there is no commitment, on your side or ours.
Where can we meet?
In the Principality of Monaco, at your company in Italy, France or elsewhere, or remotely. Often the first meeting is a call and the second takes place in person.
