Alessandro Pedano
Founder
Born in Milan, twenty-five years inside companies before advising those who sell them or grow them. He founded and ran a construction company in Milan, then led the Italian sales organisations of international groups in services. From Monaco he works with business owners in the Principality, Italy and France.
Marina Pedano
Executive Partner
A law graduate of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan in 2005, she has been Secretary General of Monaco Italia Hub since 2026. At Alma Next she looks after relationships, communication and image, and works with Alessandro on reading the family dynamics behind a business.
